Editing
Editing and proof reading are activities that I have spent much time engaging in. In 2003, I co-edited the book Cracker! A Christmas Collection with fellow writers Stefan Laszczuk, Mel Kinsman and Heather Taylor Johnson, who were all students at The University of Adelaide at the time.
In 2004, I was part of a team founding the magazine Wet Ink and I was one of the fiction editors from 2004 to 2006. Then I edited the live journal Animate Quarterly from 2006 to 2008. Since 2007 I have also been working for the Melbourne-based independent publisher Ilura Press. Currently, I proof read official documents for the leading climate solution company Carbon Planet.
